We will always try to offer the Best Available Rate for guests.  We will negotiate corporate, long stay and family rates.

Special Sunday Night rates are available so you can arrive on Sunday and make an early start on Monday, rather than arrive in Johannesburg already stressed. We also have weekend specials.

Guide prices

Luxury Single R820 per person per night
Luxury Double R500 per person sharing

These rates include full breakfast, complimentary tea, coffee and room snacks.

Note:
All rates are quoted per person, per night in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT at 14%, but exclude the Tourism Levy (currently 1%).

Rates exclude Laundry and Gratuities.

Booking terms and conditions:
Cancel Booking: Less Than 48 Hours = Forfeit Full Deposit
Cancel Booking: 3 -14 Days = 75% Deposit Retained
Cancel Booking: 15 – 21 Days = 50% Deposit Retained
Should travel plans change during your stay, 48 hour notice is required.
For 'non-arrivals' - Return of deposits are negotiable at Management's discretion.
The Terms & Conditions of bookings are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the 50% deposit, or credit card details.
