Close to Sandton, Rivonia, Sunninghill and Rosebank, the main business nodes north of Johannesburg, 6 on Westbrooke Guesthouse is also close to the main M1 motorway between Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Meticulously detailed and planned, this is so much more than the usual guest house. It is rather your home away from home, where you can escape to the pure peace of lush gardens, flowing water features and fishponds, and eclectic and cosy interiors.  The house was owned for many years by Ken Newman, famous birder and author – his legacy remains, the indigenous trees being home and shelter for a rich variety of birds.

We have our own water tanks, to ensure that there is always a supply of fresh water, a generator as a standby power source and all our water is heated with heat pumps.

Inspired by Africa, this is a place where nature resides, unintimidated by the pace of the city or its surroundings. Inside, the patron’s own artworks are on show amid earthy and one-off pieces, each one exhibited with great care and grace. All this is accompanied by service and hospitality that is truly world-class.

6 on Westbrooke has 8 individually furnished guest rooms, all en suite, ample shaded parking, a well-equipped conference room, free internet connectivity, a pool, satellite TV and everything you need to make your stay perfect.
